Emi offers DJ services for art shows, pop-ups, private events, weddings, and gatherings of all kinds. Her sets are curated to match the energy of the space, whether that means setting the tone with an energetic set or keeping it cool with smooth, ambient sounds.

Emi’s DJ services are priced between $100 and $125 per hour, based on the event’s details.
Base Rates
$100/hr – for small events, minimal setup
$125/hr – for larger events or those requiring additional equipment or prep
Minimum Booking
2-hour minimum required for all bookings
Flat Rates
For longer events, a flat fee can be arranged, especially for multi-hour bookings or full-day gigs. Just ask when inquiring.
Equipment
If the event space provides all necessary gear (speakers, mixer, tables, etc.), rates stay on the lower end. If Emi needs to bring equipment, that will be factored into the quote.
Travel
Local events (Tampa/St. Pete area): No travel fee
Outside the area: Travel fee applies and will be included in your quote.

As an open format DJ, Emi Tan blends genres to suit the vibe of the event. Her sets pull from a wide range of styles, always curated with intention and flow. Depending on the crowd and space, you might hear:

Indie, funk, and disco
Experimental blends
2000s throwbacks and familiar favorites
Whether the goal is background ambiance, dance-floor energy, or something in between, Emi mixes tracks that feel cohesive, unexpected, and on point.
Every set is tailored, never just a playlist. She reads the room and adjusts in real time to create a sound that fits.
